Our vacancy cleaning service in Bend, Oregon is designed specifically for empty homes that require a complete top-to-bottom cleaning before new occupants move in.

This is our most detailed and time-intensive service and goes beyond our Standard, Enhanced, and Deep Cleaning services. Vacancy Cleaning focuses on delivering a full reset of the property, including interior cabinets, appliances, and detailed attention to all accessible areas.

Due to the level of detail involved, Vacancy Cleaning services typically require significantly more time than other service types and may require extended appointments depending on the size and condition of the home.


Service Requirements
- Property must be completely vacant (no occupants or furnishings)
- Safe and accessible working conditions are required
- Client must provide access at the scheduled time


Service Time, Pricing & Scope Policy
All services are billed at $55 per hour per cleaner (labor hours).
For Vacancy Cleaning, a maximum estimate is provided based on the size and condition of the home.
The maximum estimate is designed to provide pricing clarity. If the cleaning is completed in less time, clients are only charged for the actual time worked.
The service will not exceed the approved maximum estimate unless additional services are requested and approved through the office.
Work is completed within the scheduled time frame. Cleaners are not authorized to modify scope, extend time, or approve additional services without office approval.
Items not listed in this service scope are not included unless added and approved in advance.

- Dust all reachable surfaces
- Fully clean ceiling fans
- Detail clean light fixtures (as accessible)
- Clean vent covers and visible vent surfaces
- Clean light switches and outlet covers
- Spot clean walls (targeting marks, dust, and buildup; full wall washing not included)
- Clean window frames, sills, and tracks
- Clean interior window glass (up to approximately 12 feet in height)
- Dust and wipe baseboards
- Clean doors, door trim, door frames, and handles
- Clean closet shelves and rods
- Vacuum carpets and rugs
- Vacuum and mop hard floors
- Remove trash

Kitchen
- Clean and sanitize countertops
- Clean sink and faucet
- Clean inside and outside of microwave
- Clean the grease traps if accessible

Note: Interior appliance cleaning is performed using standard cleaning methods. Heavily soiled appliances, burnt-on residue, or discoloration may not be fully restorable.

Garage (Limited Service)
- Light sweep of accessible floor areas only
- Detailed garage cleaning is not included


Not Included
- Exterior window cleaning
- Carpet shampooing or steam cleaning
- Vents or duct cleaning
- Heavy wall washing or full wall cleaning
- Paint removal or permanent stain removal
- Hazardous material or biohazard cleanup


Important Notes & Limitations
This service is designed to provide a full reset and significantly improve the overall cleanliness of the property.
Results depend on the current condition of the home and surfaces. Some staining, discoloration, or wear may not be fully removable.


Booking & Deposit Policy
A 50% deposit is required to reserve a Vacancy Cleaning appointment. The remaining balance is due upon completion.

- Delays, lockouts, or restricted access may reduce service time or require rescheduling
