Our vacation rental cleaning service in Bend, Oregon is designed for short-term rental properties such as Airbnb and VRBO homes that require consistent, high-quality cleaning between guest stays.
This service focuses on maintaining a clean, guest-ready property while completing essential turnover tasks between guest check-out and check-in. In addition to standard cleaning tasks, this service includes turnover responsibilities such as resetting the home, handling linens, and preparing the space for incoming guests.
Scheduling is coordinated around guest departure and arrival times to help ensure the property is ready on time.
Service Time, Pricing & Scope Policy
All services are billed at $55 per hour per cleaner (labor hours).
Short-term rental cleanings require a minimum of four labor hours due to the nature of turnover services, which include both cleaning and preparation tasks.
Cleaning time may vary depending on property size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, condition of the property after guest stay, and laundry and turnover requirements.
A time estimate may be provided, but actual billing is based on time worked.
Work is completed within the scheduled time frame. Cleaners are not authorized to extend time, modify scope, or perform additional services without office approval.
Items not listed in this scope are not included unless requested and approved in advance.

All Rooms or Areas
- Dust corners of rooms and baseboards
- Wipe down reachable flat surfaces
- Clean light switches and high-touch areas
- Spot clean visible wall marks (minor marks only; full wall washing not included)
- Wipe window sills
- Clean interior mirrors
- Vacuum carpets, rugs and hard floors
- Mop hard floors
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Remove all trash and place in designated exterior bins
- Check for leftover guest belongings
Kitchen
- Clean and sanitize countertops
- Clean sink and faucet
- Clean exterior appliances
- Clean microwave (inside and outside)
- Wipe cabinet fronts
- Spot clean backsplash
- Check refrigerator for leftover food and remove items if necessary
- Wipe refrigerator shelves as needed
- Load dishwasher if needed
- Unload dishwasher if clean
- Wash dishes in sink if necessary
Bathrooms
- Clean and sanitize toilet (inside, outside, and base)
- Clean sink and faucet
- Clean mirrors
- Clean shower and tub surfaces
- Wipe counters
Additional Turnover Tasks
- Reset the property to guest-ready condition
- Fully make beds with fresh linens
- Replace towels for next guests
- Wash linens and towels on-site when possible
- Report visible maintenance issues or guest damage
Optional Add-On Services
- Laundry service (off-site handling)
- Restocking guest supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, coffee items, etc.)

This service is designed to maintain cleanliness and prepare the home between guest stays, not to restore heavily soiled or neglected properties.
Properties requiring additional detail or buildup removal may require a Deep Cleaning service.
Cleaning results may vary depending on the condition left by previous guests.
Owner Communication
Our team may report visible maintenance issues, damage, missing items, or unusual conditions so the owner can take timely action before the next guest arrival.
