Service Time, Pricing & Scope Policy
All services are billed at $55 per hour per cleaner (labor hours).
Deep Cleaning services typically require significantly more time depending on the size and condition of the home.
A time estimate may be provided, but actual billing is based on time worked.
Work is completed within the scheduled time frame. Cleaners are not authorized to extend time or modify scope without approval.

Items not listed are not included unless approved in advance.
