Service Time, Pricing & Scope Policy
All services are billed at $55 per hour per cleaner (labor hours) with a 4-hour minimum per visit.
Services are performed based on the scope outlined below and the time reserved for the appointment.
Work is completed within the scheduled time frame. Once the reserved time is reached, work will stop unless additional time is approved through the office.
Cleaners are not authorized to modify the scope, extend time, or approve additional services without office approval.
Items not listed in this service scope are not included unless added and approved in advance.

Important Notes & Limitations
This service is intended for homes that are already in maintained condition.
Homes with visible buildup, neglect, or heavier soil levels may require an Enhanced Cleaning or Deep Cleaning to achieve desired results.
Results depend on the current condition of the home and surfaces. We do not guarantee removal of stains, buildup, or discoloration.
