Service Time, Pricing & Scope Policy
All services are billed at $55 per hour per cleaner (labor hours) with a 4-hour minimum per visit.
Services are performed based on the scope outlined below and the time reserved for the appointment.
Work is completed within the scheduled time frame. Once the reserved time is reached, work will stop unless additional time is approved through the office.
Cleaners are not authorized to modify the scope, extend time, or approve additional services without office approval.
Items not listed in this service scope are not included unless added and approved in advance.

- Hand-wipe baseboards
- Window tracks or sliding door tracks (light wipe down when closed)

- Remove, clean, and reinstall accessible grease traps (range hood or microwave)
- Clean under removable stove grates and burner caps
- Clean and detail cabinet fronts
- Perform light degreasing as needed
- Spot clean backsplash

Bathrooms
- Clean and sanitize toilet (inside, outside, and base)
- Clean sink and faucet
- Clean mirrors
- Perform more detailed shower and tub scrubbing (targeting moderate buildup such as water marks and soap residue)
- Wipe counters
- Clean and detail cabinet fronts


Not Included
- Interior oven or refrigerator cleaning
- Interior cabinets or drawers
- Window tracks or sliding door tracks (full detailed cleaning)
- Interior or exterior window glass cleaning
- Tops of cabinets
- Heavy buildup, restoration or extreme conditions like heavy water marks on shower glass

Additional services may be requested and approved in advance.

Results depend on the current condition of the home and surfaces. This service is designed to address moderate buildup and significantly improve cleanliness; however, some staining, discoloration, or heavier buildup may require a Deep Cleaning to achieve full results.
