Deep Cleaning Service

ALL ROOMS:

• Dust all reachable surfaces

• Hand-wipe baseboards

• Detailed cleaning of accessible light fixtures when buildup is present

• Detail clean light switches & outlet covers

• Vacuum carpets & rugs

• Vacuum and mop hard floors

• Empty trash

KITCHEN:

• Clean & sanitize countertops

• Clean sink & faucet

• Clean inside and front of microwave

• Remove stove grates and burner caps (if lift-out) and clean underneath

• Remove, clean, and reinstall accessible grease filters (microwave or range hood)

• Clean & degrease cabinet fronts

• Clean & degrease tops of cabinets

• Clean under cabinet lips where buildup is present

• Clean window tracks and sliding door rails

• Heavy degreasing and buildup removal

BATHROOMS:

• Clean & sanitize toilet (inside & out, including base)

• Clean sink & faucet

• Clean mirrors

• Heavy soap scum removal

• Intensive shower/tub scrubbing

• Wipe counters

• Wipe exterior cabinets

• Empty trash

NOT INCLUDED:

• Interior windows (unless booked separately)

• Inside oven or refrigerator (unless booked separately)

• Areas requiring specialized restoration

All appointments are reviewed and confirmed by our office to ensure proper scheduling and staffing. If adjustments are required, we will notify you promptly.

SERVICE TIME & SCOPE POLICY

Our team completes services according to the selected service level checklist and the time reserved for your appointment.

All services are billed hourly per cleaner (man-hours), with a 4-hour minimum per visit.

If you would like to request additional services during your appointment that fall outside the selected service level, you must contact the office directly for approval before any changes can be made. Our cleaning team is not authorized to modify the scope of work, extend appointment time, or approve additional services.

If the office determines that sufficient time is available within the scheduled window, the additional work may be approved and billed accordingly. If time does not allow, the additional services will need to be scheduled for a separate appointment.

To ensure fairness to all scheduled clients, appointments cannot be extended without prior office approval.

Items not listed in this service level are not included unless added to the booking and approved by the office in advance.
